Payments are processed by credit or debit card on the day of your service. We accept all major credit cards.

You can enter your HSA/FSA credit card information as your requested method of payment. We can provide an itemized receipt for your appointments, to request this please contact us at (800) 525-9202.

Click request an appointment request form. A member of the LinqCare team will contact you within 1 business day to collect additional information and schedule your appointment.

Once an appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email and text message with a link to your appointment. You can access the link using any device that is connected to the internet and has a camera and microphone.

Yes! We accept insurance with some insurers and states. We are constantly working to expand the insurance plans that we accept. For more information, please contact us at (800) 525-9202, our care coordinator will be happy to answer all your questions. 

No, we accept self-pay patients. We will support your mental health whether or not you have access to insurance.
