Leadership team

Lisa Diamond, MD is a graduate of Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons, and attended Yale University for her undergraduate studies, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Dr Diamond trained at New York University in the department of Psychiatry during her residency.

Dr Diamond started a private practice in New York City, and continued in private practice when she moved to New Milford, CT. In 1998, she become Chief of Psychiatry at New Milford Hospital where she expanded the staff to include Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners for the first time. After 12 years at New Milford Hospital, Dr Diamond left to become Chief of Psychiatry at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, which is part of Hartford Healthcare Corporation. At Charlotte Hungerford, her responsibilities included oversight of a 17 bed inpatient unit, extensive adult outpatient services, a partial hospital program, a dual diagnosis intensive outpatient program, and the Center for Youth and Families.

Currently, Dr Diamond is a consultant to Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, and, in addition,  is working remotely via telehealth. Her telehealth work includes both direct patient care, as well as work in Medical director positions at Wellbrook Health and Catholic Charities, to guide development of policies and procedures.

BJ holds a Masters in Social Work and a Masters in Business Administration. He is Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Illinois & Missouri and as an Independent Social Worker in Iowa. BJ has been in Behavioral Health leadership positions for the past 10+ years and has 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry.  BJ enjoys time with his wife and 7 kids as they participate in a variety of activities. Kindra has worked in the mental health or healthcare capacity for the past 9 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, a Master of Arts degree in Leadership, and a Master of Social Work.  Kindra is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri.  She is passionate about accessibility to mental health services, especially integrated/ collaborative behavioral health.  Kindra lives in Northeast Missouri with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.  In her free time, she loves thrifting, trying new restaurants, and going to the movies.
