Audrey is a Behavioral Health Care Manager with LinqCare. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and has been a Registered Nurse in the healthcare industry for 8 years; 5 of those years working in mental health services. She has worked in a variety of roles ranging from bedside care to direct mental healthcare services. Audrey has experience caring for patients of all ages.

Audrey is passionate about bringing awareness to mental health and ending the stigma. She enjoys working in the Collaborative Care Model to increase accessibility for patients. 

Outside of work Audrey enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young children. She enjoys being outdoors and traveling with her family.

Karina P. Diaz, MA, LCAT, LPAT has over 20 years of experience working with children, youth, and adults. 

She integrates mindfulness and trauma-informed interventions to support healing. For the last 23 years, she has worked, clinically and administratively in NY and NM, in child well-fare settings such as preventive programs, domestic violence, and human traffic agencies as well as mental health clinics working with infants, children/ youth, and adults. She has worked extensively with immigrant families. As a bi-cultural, trilingual therapist, having lived and worked in Mexico with youth and families affected by violence and isolation she is keenly interested in culturally sensitive interventions. Karina has led workshops and presented at multiple conferences in the United States and abroad.

As a dedicated Masters Social Worker from Clark Atlanta University, Micole’s background includes over 10 years as a mental health counselor, behavior health care manager, director of social services, and family services specialist. Repeatedly recognized for excellence in leading program development, service implementation and supportive counseling. I Micole has served populations presenting a range of neurological and psychological disorders as well as emotional, behavioral, substance abuse and developmental challenges. In all experiences, Micole used a strengths-based approach in treatment planning and focused on providing optimal psychosocial care. Micole love being a part of the field of Social Work and is constantly praised for having the ability to change the whole trajectory of her work environment with my vibrant personality. Micole areas of expertise include  family, senior care, and adolescence issues, stress management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, crisis prevention, advance care planning, and behavior health. She especially enjoys serving the elderly population. Micole has worked in long-term care for over 10 years. Micole is a hands-on behavior health care manager that works diligently to support her patients through any barriers that they may experience. 

Career highlights include:

● Developed and implemented a strategic initiative that led to a significant (40%) increase in client census.

● Collaborated with Morehouse School of Medicine to serve over 150 residents with the annual health fair to

provide HIV testing, career readiness workshops, and community resources.

● Successfully raised over $5000 for members without winter wear and facilitated an event that brought over

1500 school supplies.Secured job placement, affordable housing, and furniture for 22 families to thrive within their community
