Audrey is a Behavioral Health Care Manager with LinqCare. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and has been a Registered Nurse in the healthcare industry for 8 years; 5 of those years working in mental health services. She has worked in a variety of roles ranging from bedside care to direct mental healthcare services. Audrey has experience caring for patients of all ages.

Audrey is passionate about bringing awareness to mental health and ending the stigma. She enjoys working in the Collaborative Care Model to increase accessibility for patients. 

Outside of work Audrey enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young children. She enjoys being outdoors and traveling with her family.

Karina P. Diaz, MA, LCAT, LPAT has over 20 years of experience working with children, youth, and adults. 

She integrates mindfulness and trauma-informed interventions to support healing. For the last 23 years, she has worked, clinically and administratively in NY and NM, in child well-fare settings such as preventive programs, domestic violence, and human traffic agencies as well as mental health clinics working with infants, children/ youth, and adults. She has worked extensively with immigrant families. As a bi-cultural, trilingual therapist, having lived and worked in Mexico with youth and families affected by violence and isolation she is keenly interested in culturally sensitive interventions. Karina has led workshops and presented at multiple conferences in the United States and abroad.

Mila Valle, BA, MSW obtained her undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Mila has over 19 years of experience working with a diverse population of all ages, in both the medical and mental health field. Working with people from all walks of life has allowed Mila to grow professionally, and as a person. Mila prioritizes meeting people where they are and making them feel heard and seen. Mila has worked in hospitals, schools and community organizations, as well as remotely, and is committed to helping people live healthier and happier lives. Mila is proud to be working as a Behavioral Health Care Manager in a collaborative care model and strives to empower people to see their self-worth and strengths, comfort them from grief and isolation, as well as provide guidance through trauma and pain. Mila is a strong advocate for those she serves and has dedicated her career to support children, adults and the geriatric population. Whether it’s helping parents through children’s developmental stages, managing work or relationship challenges, working through illness and recovery, managing a mental illness or grieving the loss of a loved one, Mila brings a personal touch that allows people to feel safe, as they tackle challenges and personal goals.

Mila is married with a family of three and enjoys traveling, writing, watching movies, hiking and spending time with her family. Mila believes there’s no challenge that cannot be overcome, when it’s met with compassion, patience and self-love.
