Rick Davis is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LinqCare, a virtual behavioral health company launched in 2019 to serve underserved populations through accessible, high-quality psychiatric and therapy services. Today, Rick is leading LinqCare’s strategic shift toward addressing one of the most urgent and overlooked areas in mental health: comprehensive care for women across all stages of life.
With a passion for innovation and health equity, Rick drives LinqCare’s growth through partnerships with large women’s health organizations, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and specialty practices—delivering tech-enabled behavioral health solutions including Collaborative Care (CoCM), psychiatry, and therapy. His leadership is focused on building sustainable systems that not only expand access but also deliver measurable outcomes for patients, providers, and partners.
Rick previously co-founded QLER Telepsychiatry, a leader in on-demand psychiatric services now valued at more than $20 million. He brings over 25 years of leadership experience, including roles as Corporate Vice President at Huron and Senior Manager at Accenture, where he led large-scale transformation efforts for health systems nationwide.
Gina Lombardi is the Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer of LinqCare, a virtual behavioral health company originally launched in 2019 to serve underserved populations through accessible, high-quality psychiatric and therapy services. Today, Gina is instrumental in leading LinqCare’s strategic shift toward addressing one of the most critical and underserved areas in mental health: care for women across all life stages.
Gina holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and has delivered behavioral care to thousands of patients over the past decade. Her clinical experience is complemented by 10 years in pharmaceutical sales—where she earned national recognition for sales leadership—and more than 5 years in clinical and operational leadership roles across behavioral health and outpatient care settings.
As a female founder and executive clinical leader, Gina brings a powerful blend of frontline experience and business insight to her role. She oversees LinqCare’s clinical strategy, provider network development, and care model design—ensuring that services are not only clinically sound, but also accessible and tailored to the real needs of women and families.
Lisa Diamond, MD is a graduate of Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons, and attended Yale University for her undergraduate studies, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Lisa Diamond, MD is a graduate of Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons, and attended Yale University for her undergraduate studies, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Dr Diamond trained at New York University in the department of Psychiatry during her residency.
Dr Diamond started a private practice in New York City, and continued in private practice when she moved to New Milford, CT. In 1998, she become Chief of Psychiatry at New Milford Hospital where she expanded the staff to include Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners for the first time. After 12 years at New Milford Hospital, Dr Diamond left to become Chief of Psychiatry at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, which is part of Hartford Healthcare Corporation. At Charlotte Hungerford, her responsibilities included oversight of a 17 bed inpatient unit, extensive adult outpatient services, a partial hospital program, a dual diagnosis intensive outpatient program, and the Center for Youth and Families.
Currently, Dr Diamond is a consultant to Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, and, in addition, is working remotely via telehealth. Her telehealth work includes both direct patient care, as well as work in Medical director positions at Wellbrook Health and Catholic Charities, to guide development of policies and procedures.

With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and over 15 years in behavioral health leadership, BJ brings a dual background in clinical practice and executive management. He holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Business Administration and is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Illinois and Missouri, as well as an Independent Social Worker in Iowa. BJ is recognized for his ability to align clinical excellence with operational performance, build high-performing teams, and drive strategies that strengthen client partnerships and deliver measurable results.

Amar brings more than a decade of experience at the intersection of healthcare, compliance, and technology. Prior to joining LinqCare, he held leadership roles in data analytics, compliance, and product management at various organizations.
Across these roles, he has overseen EHR implementations, developed performance dashboards, launched telemedicine solutions across 20+ facilities, and built data-driven systems that align clinical and regulatory requirements.
Amar earned his Doctor of Medicine, a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and studied Biomedical Science. He is passionate about leveraging data and technology to increase access, equity, and quality in behavioral healthcare.
