Amy Tatham MSN, PMHNP-BC

Amy Tatham is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with training in treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. Amy received her Master’s of Science in Nursing Degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. She has over seven years of psychiatric nursing experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Amy is dedicated to providing individualized and compassionate mental health care to each and every client.

Anna Waldner APRN, PMHNP-C

Anna Waldner’s goal is to offer hope and improved quality of life to patients in challenging situations in life. She deeply believes in the healing power of human connection that helps patients feel heard, loved, and appreciated. She provides person-centered care, designs the treatment plan around patient unique needs, and with patient input into how the interventions fit into patient lifestyle.

Ashleigh Brown, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Ashleigh is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mount Olive and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2018. Ashleigh has worked in a variety of mental health settings to include community, inpatient and outpatient, emergency/crisis intervention, and Neurology with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) interdisciplinary treatment program for 10 years prior to completing the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program. She has experience assisting a diverse client population including active and retired military clients and family members and non-military individuals. She has had training with numerous psychiatric disorders and incorporates an integrative mental health approach beyond traditional medication management through the use of nutritional guidance, vitamins, and genetic testing. Ashleigh treats clients from age 6 to 65.

Brooke Hunter, MS, LCMHCA

Brooke Hunter is a board certified Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Brooke has worked in a variety of different mental health settings such as inpatient/outpatient, residential, community, intensive in-home services and community support team services. She has over 10 years experience working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma, stress, anger management and chronic mental health illnesses. She believes in a person-centered approach to treatment that accommodates the individual, their psychological, and emotional needs.

Cassie Rider, PMHNP-BC

Cassie Rider is a board-certified Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner whose areas of interest include but are not limited to depression, generalized anxiety, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She believes in holistic patient-centered care that recognizes that mental health treatment needs to encompass the patient’s physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

Darla Miles, PMHNP-BC

Darla Miles graduated from Wayne State University in 2015 with her PMHNP-BC. She has been a Psych NP for 6 years and has practiced both inpatient and outpatient in Minnesota and Ohio.

Deborah Cleveland, APRN, PMHNP, FNP

Deborah Cleveland received her MS in Family Practice and her certificate in psychiatric care from Maryville University. She has worked in health care for over 20 years and became very interested in mental health several years ago. Deborah believes in holistic care in order to be a healthy individual.

Derenda Beasley, PMHNP, FNP

Derenda Beasley has been working in the field of psychiatry for 14 years. She is dual certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner as well as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She works with patients to develop the most effective medication treatment plan using the least amount of medications to decrease and alleviate symptoms.

Dr. Gustavo Mathieu Fornet, MD, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Dr. Gustavo Mathieu Fornet graduated from a school of medicine in his country (Cuba) in 1997 as a MD. He is a board-certified Children and Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati. He has more than ten years of experience in Psychiatry treating children, adults, and elderly populations with various mental health conditions.

Dr. Jasmin Scott-Hawkins, MD, MPH

Dr. Jasmin Scott-Hawkins attended medical and graduate school at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine where she received her MD and MPH degrees from their Physician Leadership Development Program. She has extensive experience in both psychopharmacologic and psychotherapy treatment modalities. She takes great pride in working alongside her patients to empower and work collaboratively to reach desired treatment goals.

Dr. John Berberian, PMHNP, FNP

Dr. John Berberian is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and a licensed Public Health Nurse. He enjoys serving his community, has a passion for working with the underserved population, and is a patient advocate. Dr. Berberian has years of experience working in the medical field and having experienced different walks of life though his travels, he understands that everyone has different experiences. He enjoys helping to build relationships with his patients while educating and encouraging them to actively be involved in their own care. Dr. Berberian is fluent in English, Spanish, and Armenian.

Dr. Rosella Collins, Puoch, Ed.D., MSW, LICSW

Dr. Rosella Collins-Puoch is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, and a Doctoral degree in Behavioral Science from Argosy University in Schaumburg, IL. She has over 25 years of social work practice, and over 10 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples and families from all races and socioeconomic backgrounds. She provides therapy in a safe and caring environment to enable her clients to comfortably work through and discover solutions to their personal life challenges.

Irene Marsh, APN, MSN, PMHNP-BC, PMH-C, RNC-OB, IBCLC

Irene Marsh is Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is certified in Perinatal Mental Health. She obtained her PMHNP from Drexel University. Her background as a Labor and Delivery nurse is an asset and has seen first-hand the need for Perinatal Mental Health practitioners. She enjoys caring for pregnant and postpartum patients. The transition into this new role of parenting can be challenging. She is an advocate for Maternal Mental Health and is also a Lactation Consultant.

Janelle Agnew APRN, PMHNP-BC, MSN

Janelle Agnew is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with training treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. Her education includes a Master of Science in Nursing, Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing specialization from Drexel University. She has over 15 years of psychiatric nursing experience. She is well versed in outpatient, inpatient and residential treatment settings.

Kara Smith, MSW, LCSW

Kara L. Smith, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles, with an emphasis in Aging and Families. Kara has a broad range of clinical experience working with individuals across the lifespan in the following areas: Chronic Mental Illness, Suicide Assessment and Risk Reduction, Trauma and Abuse, Group Psychotherapy, Complicated Grief Reactions, Parent-Child Conflict, as well as Depression and Anxiety Disorders. She derives much of her approach from Feminist and Humanistic Therapies. Kara has particular interest in utilizing practical interventions to support caregivers and their mental health, thereby improving the mental health and wellbeing of children.

Karina Raupp, LCSW

Karina Raupp is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Master’s Degree from Rutgers University. She is also a certified Disaster Response Crisis Counselor (DRCC) by FEMA and MHANJ. She has experience with many ages including tweens, teens, adults, and seniors. She has worked in several venues including in partial care, outpatient, schools, and in individual and group therapy addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, self-injury, and self-esteem issues. She has previously worked as a presenter, conservation educator, exotic animal ambassador, and professional actor/improviser and pulls from her various experiences to enhance her therapeutic practice.

Kathleen Rozman, LCSW, MSW

Kathleen Rozman received her BA in Psychology from Alverno College and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has extensive experience working with medically complex individuals with psychological, environmental, social, and emotional issues. Her areas of expertise are depression, loss, grief, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and adjustment and personality disorders. She has worked with a vast patient population ranging from neonates to geriatrics using an eclectic approach tailored to the unique needs of each client. She has a very realistic approach offering a supportive and empathetic environment.

Kimberly Lopez, APRN, PMHNP, FNP-C

Kimberly Lopez received her BS and MS in Nursing from Governors State University and received her Post-Master Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from Northern Kentucky University. She believes that every patient should be treated with a holistic, patient-centered plan of care. Kimberly’s passions include community health, patient advocating, and patient education.

Leslie Langley, PMHNP-BC, FNP

Leslie Langley is a board-certified Psychiatrist Nurse Practitioner with four years of experience working in an outpatient setting. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatry Mental Health from Brandman University. She has worked serving low-income communities in federally qualified community health centers and in her role as a psychiatrist; she emphasizes a holistic treatment approach.

Maria Dotsey, PMHNP

Maria Dotsey is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specializing in medication management for various mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. She has 20+ years of mental health experience working with clients across the life span. Her skills and experience allow her to assist patients in setting appropriate life goals and defining strategies to accomplish those goals.

Richard Cabada, LCSW

Richard Cabada received his B.A. from Colorado College in 2005 and his M.S.W. from Smith College in 2008. He has over 14 years of experience helping clients overcome mild to acute/chronic mental health disorders from almost all DSM facets. He is well versed in outpatient and inpatient care in various fields and settings.

Robert Garza, LCSW

Robert Garza received his bachelor’s degree in social work, and substance abuse from Stanislaus State University and his Master’s Degree in Social Work from California State University Stanislaus. He also received specialized substance abuse addiction while completing his master’s degree. He was also instrumental in the leadership of bringing the Substance Abuse Program to Stanislaus State University. He has experience in the fields of mental health and substance abuse that spans from services with unique populations, Hispanic families, adults, and children/adolescents in need. Robert is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Substance Abuse Counseling, Trauma Focused Therapy, and Crisis Intervention.

Rocio Blas, LCSW

Rocio is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is bilingual/bicultural and has worked in various school and behavioral health settings and enjoys working with diverse populations. She believes in a holistic approach to therapy and utilizes a strengths-based approach to help people achieve their goals. She is passionate about helping clients realize their many strengths, improve health and gain self-acceptance.

Sandy Wilson, LCSW

Sandy Wilson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has more than 20 years’ experience addressing behavioral health, relationships/family issues and substance use disorders. She utilizes evidenced based treatment approaches to address identified problems. She endeavors to ensure that the client is supported and empowered hopeful by introducing coping strategies, increasing awareness through education, and identifying individual realistic attainable treatment goals.

Silvia Gomez, LCSW

Silvia Gomez is a LCSW with 25 years of experience in social services. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a BA in Psychology and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the Jane Addams College of Social Work. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups.

Suenia Villagerardo, LCSW, CEAP, EMDR

Suenia Villagerardo graduated from San Jose State University in 2009. She has worked with an extensive population group and is bilingual. She specializes in a wide variety of disorders and is certified in EMDR and expressive arts therapy.

Tia Layton, DNP, APN, PMHNP-BC

Tia Layton is a dual Family-Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She provides psychotherapy and psychopharmacology (medication management) services across the lifespan. She’s worked in an outpatient clinic setting treating various illnesses and her goal is to be ethical, empathetic, and respectable in providing individualized patient care.
