Meet Shoshannah Carlson

Shoshannah Carlson, FNP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who will be supporting Meridian in Minnesota. All services at LinqCare Inc. are made available through the Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Practice’s online telehealth platform.

Shoshannah completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at The College of St. Scholastica (CSS) in Duluth, Minnesota. It’s a private Benedictine college founded by a group of pioneering Benedictine Sisters. The college boasts nationally recognized programs that are delivered in 7 locations throughout Minnesota and online to students around the world.

Shoshannah earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walden University in Minneapolis, an accredited online university with students from over 145 countries. She holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Before joining the LinqCare Inc. team, she came from a background in Family Practice, working with a diverse population across the lifespan.

Shoshannah is passionate about providing holistic, person-centered care and exhibiting compassion to each patient she serves.
