Meet Gustavo Mathieu Fornet

Dr. Gustavo Mathieu Fornet, MD, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a triple board-certified Doctor of Medicine, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at LinqCare Inc. He takes pride in offering all services through the Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Practice’s online telehealth platform.

Dr. Fornet moved to the United States to further his education and career in medicine, with a focus on mental health, behavioral health, and psychiatry. He is a board-certified Children and Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati (UC) in Ohio.

He graduated from a school of medicine in his native country, Cuba, in 1997, where he obtained his MD. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr. Fornet has more than ten years of experience in Psychiatry. He skillfully treats children, adults, and elderly populations with varying mental health and behavioral health conditions. 

He takes time with each patient, using a personal approach with each individual under his care.
